Terms & Conditions of Loving Me

1.1 “Party A”

“Party A” shall refer to You, including but not limited to your status as the calm, mature, caring, level-headed, emotionally intelligent and undeniably lovely person in this relationship.

1.2 “Party B”

“Party B” shall refer to Me, including but not limited to my occasional impulsivity, childishness, dramatic overreaction, poor timing, overexcited energy, and overall lovable chaos.

1.3 “Travel Princess”

“Travel Princess” shall refer exclusively to Party A in any context involving itineraries, bags, snacks, window seats, airport walks, photographs, scenic views, or the graceful supervision of Party B’s travel-related confusion.

1.4 “Chaos Event”

“Chaos Event” shall mean any event, situation, tangent, overthinking spiral, impulsive plan, or last-minute idea caused, initiated, accelerated, or emotionally amplified by Party B.

2.1 Emotional Stability Requirement

Party A agrees to remain calm, mature, steady, and wise during all ordinary circumstances and especially during any Chaos Event caused by Party B.

For clarity: this skill has already been demonstrated extensively.

2.2 Travel Princess Designation

Party A shall hold the exclusive title of Travel Princess, and shall be entitled to elegance, comfort, scenic admiration, beautiful photos, and priority consideration in all matters involving trips, getaways, and romantic nonsense.

2.3 Caring & Comfort Clause

Party A shall continue to be kind, caring, understanding, reassuring, and gently superior in all matters involving emotional intelligence.

2.4 Occasional Crazy Clause

Notwithstanding the foregoing, Party A shall retain the right to be the crazy one from time to time, especially when adventures become too tempting, plans become too fun, or Party B becomes too adorable to ignore.

2.5 Impulsivity Allowance

Party B shall retain the unrestricted and non-transferable right to be impulsive, overexcited, unserious at inappropriate times, and dramatically attached to tiny details.

2.6 Childish Behavior Reservation

Party B reserves the right to be childish, needy, playful, stubborn, and unnecessarily funny, provided always that such behavior is accompanied by genuine love and shameless devotion to Party A.

3.1 Hug Remedy

In the event of sadness, stress, overthinking, or a generally bad day, Party A and Party B agree that hugs shall constitute an immediate and preferred remedy.

3.2 Chocolate & Snack Relief

Where applicable, emotional inconvenience may be cured or at least softened through the prompt supply of dessert, snacks, or food selected with proper respect for Party A’s preferences.

3.3 Late-Night Thoughts

Party B may from time to time become philosophically dramatic after dark and shall be handled with patience, affection, and, where necessary, mild teasing.

3.4 Public Beauty Recognition

Party A acknowledges that Party B may occasionally, repeatedly, and entirely correctly point out that Party A looks beautiful in nearly every situation.

3.5 Non-Negotiable Softness

All sarcasm, banter, fake arguments, mock legalese, and dramatic complaints shall be interpreted in light of the underlying truth that Party B is, in fact, hopelessly in love with Party A.

4.1 Duration

This Agreement shall commence immediately and remain valid through ordinary days, extraordinary days, long drives, short trips, silly moments, difficult moments, and every moment in between.

4.2 Non-Termination

This Agreement shall not be terminated on account of mood swings, mischief, overthinking, excessive teasing, clinginess, childishness, or isolated Chaos Events initiated by Party B.

4.3 Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the Laws of Us, interpreted with generosity, enforced with love, and reviewed from time to time under the doctrine of forehead kisses and emotional common sense.
